Our apartments come fully equipped with amenities, including air conditioning in the bedrooms only, Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, and access to the swimming pool and garden grounds.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes, we have a minimum stay requirement of three nights for our one and two-bedroom rentals. This ensures that all guests can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing experience during their stay with us.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before arrival.
Are pets allowed in the rentals?
Unfortunately we do not allow pets in our rentals due to the presence of the owners pets.

Lizzie and Nikki, are lovely people who have a spectacular property with stunning views. The apartment we stayed in was small but perfectly adequate for our needs and it had everything needed for a comfortably stay. You get to use the infinity swimming pool which is just amazing. Nikki is a great source of local information and very happy to help with any questions. Just a short walk down (a hill) to the marina there is a mini mart which has all the essentials and restaurants. If you don’t have car a short walk up to the main road you can catch a local dollar bus (which is great fun to experience) into Kingstown, or there is always a taxi. We would definitely stay there again if visiting St Vincent.
